Terms of Service

KreditFix is self-service educational software. It helps you read your own credit reports, spot items you may want to dispute, generate dispute letters that you review, sign and send, and track your progress.

KreditFix is not a credit repair organization, law firm, credit bureau, lender or financial advisor. We do not contact credit bureaus or creditors on your behalf, and nothing in the app is legal, financial or tax advice.

We do not promise any change to your credit score or credit report. Credit bureaus and creditors decide the outcome of every dispute. Accurate and timely negative information generally cannot be removed, and no one can legally do so.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information with the credit bureaus yourself, for free, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

• You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use KreditFix.
• Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Only upload credit reports and information that belong to you, or that you are legally authorized to use.

You agree to use KreditFix honestly and lawfully. You will not:

• dispute information you know to be accurate, or submit false statements to a credit bureau or creditor;
• try to create a new credit identity or misuse another person’s information;
• copy, resell, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or access other users’ data.

You are responsible for reviewing every letter before sending it and for the accuracy of what you send.

• Full access requires a paid plan: $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, plus any applicable taxes. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• You can cancel anytime from the Plan page (Manage billing). You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Because you pay for access to software rather than for credit repair services, payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or have a problem, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
• We may offer free or complimentary access to some accounts at our discretion.

KreditFix links to outside websites, such as AnnualCreditReport.com, the credit bureaus and credit card or loan providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or decisions. Some offers may be sponsored, and are labeled as such. Approval for any product is decided by the provider.

Some features use artificial intelligence to read your report and draft analysis and letters. AI can make mistakes or miss information. Always check the results against your actual credit report before relying on them or sending anything.

The KreditFix app, name, logo, design and content belong to KreditFix. You may use the letters generated for your own personal disputes. Your uploaded reports and personal data remain yours.

You can stop using KreditFix and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, misuse the service or fail to pay.

KreditFix is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KreditFix will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made by credit bureaus, creditors or lenders. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use KreditFix after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
